Kamiakin’s athletic history began during the 1970-1971
school year as an independent school when the school opened. In the fall of
1971 Kamiakin joined the Big 9 Conference until the fall of 2010 when we joined
the newly formed Mid-Columbia Conference.
Our rich athletic history has been documented so well by coaches and athletic directors, that the document below is an in depth record of what has occurred since our inception in 1970.
Currently Kamiakin High School offers 23 varsity programs
with many Junior Varsity, C-team, & Freshman programs to develop our
athletes. Although winning isn’t everything, it sure can be fun! Some of our
